These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneShot AI mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by OneShot Translation ("OneShot," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

OneShot AI provides real-time AI-assisted translation and access to human interpreters for spoken-language communication, including in healthcare settings. Translation and interpretation may not be perfectly accurate; you are responsible for confirming critical information.

3. Medical disclaimer

OneShot AI is a language interpretation and translation aid. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and it does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Digital subscriptions (AI minutes, features, language tiers) are sold through the app store on your device (Google Play or Apple) and are billed and managed by that store. Auto-renewal and cancellation are handled in your store account; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Human-interpreter services are real-world professional services and may be billed separately through our payment processor according to your plan, including any usage beyond included minutes.
• Prices, included minutes, and overage rates are described in the app and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or using it to harass or harm others.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle information, including microphone audio used to deliver interpretation.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by OneShot Translation and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, OneShot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
