This page explains how to request deletion of your OneShot AI account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this directly in the app, or request it here without the app.
Your account and associated data are permanently removed immediately upon confirmation.
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will verify your identity and process the deletion:
Email a deletion requestSend to privacy@oneshottranslation.com with the subject "Account deletion request." We respond within 30 days.
We may retain a limited subset of data where required for legal, security, or billing obligations (for example, transaction and invoice records, or audit logs needed to prevent fraud). Such records are kept only as long as required by law and are then deleted. Retained records are not used to re-identify you for marketing.
Session audio is processed in real time to deliver interpretation and is not retained as part of your account profile. Deleting your account removes the session metadata associated with you.
